Hi Ok I would use pppoa3 but for some reason it will not compile on OpenBSD (something about pthreads not being supported...) I don't suppose there is a patch for pppoa2 to sort out the errors or a workaround for the fact that pppoa3 won't compile on OpenBSD is there? Steve On Fri, 7 May

pppoa2 has never been updated in order to take out the errors that you mention. It is updated in CVS since ... benoit did it, i dont remember when exactly (but it's after 1.2 has been released) pppoa3, however, is 'flawless' in that respect. Do you have a specific reason for not using

Well, after a few aborted atempts at Linux over the past few years, it was time to try again. Using speedtouch-1.2.tar.bz2 in Fedora Core 1 I managed to get my silver Speedtouch 330 to connect me to the net. All was fine and rosy until I decided to be flash and upgrate to Fedora Core 2 Test 3.
