I have see how the markup for an article abstract looks like but I can
not find reference in the documentation.
In html this is probably just a grey box with a frame and the abstract
test contained.
I tried with .. note:: but the abstract is displayed with a Note:

ok, the error is gone.
I commented out the following line at conf.py:
#html_static_path = ['.static']
The problem with the search persists (it does not come to an end).
Firebug says this._index is null. This looks like a problem
generating the index???
