I am currently using read the doc theme and when I search a topic. The
contents queried displays the start of the restructure text file instead of
the start of the html page. Is there anyway to change that?

Currently whenever I perform a search the yellow highlight creates extra
white space. For example when I search "Change", It would find the word
"Changes" but make it look like this " Click Save My Changes. "
I would like for it to highlight but don't create the white space between
