David, While using the spice client have you put your cac into your local reader? If so, we're you able to use it? I ask because if you look at my screenshots from my last email I get the same usb device (usbccid), but I also get an extra device that is a problem.

Marc, I installed the libcacard package on the system moved the vms to a new host, rebooted the host (just in case) took host out of maintenance mode, moved vm back to host and tried again..same message. I don't know if you saw the version I was using so i am posting it again:

Can somebody help me understand where to put the driver for Cac redirection for the spice client? The problem: When placing cac in card reader, spice client recognizes the card but states the drivers were not installed correctly. In windows there is the usbccid cac reader (which works with rdp)
