The client must implement this feature and virt-managers's viewer does not, it seems. So, just virt-viewer for now. BTW, with the new spice-webdavd you don't need to run the .bat file anymore ;) - after enabling the shared-folder in your virt-viewer it should automagically appear as Z: (or other available letter) to you. > > Thanks again for your patience. That works now! One last question: can this feature be accessed directly from virt-manager integrated viewer, or should we document using virt-viewer? Verify that spice-webdav service is running 7. We read updated and old documentation both. Our problem is that we don't find the Webdav drive under Windows. We are probably missing something, but we cannot figure it out. Could you give us some tips? You should enable the shard folder through the client's menu & make sure the spice-webdav service is running in the guest, than you should be able s/than/then/ s/shard/shared/ to mount it by running the "C:\Program Files\SPICE webdavd\map-drive" file. (will show up as V:\ or W:\) maybe Z:\ this process should be specified somewhere but i also can't find it now :/ Sorry, there is auto-mount in latest version (2.2) so it should mount automatically (that's why it is not specified anymore) but you could still try it manually, it may help..
