Hey, almost in your backyard! The scoop here the past few days has been that
the 2003 VTR will be at TRF.
Cheers

the
TRF.

with
3 trophies!! Happy to hear you made it home safel

Has anyone heard where the 2003 Convention will be held?? I was at Red
Wing, but had to leave before the banquet. Had a great time,Drove 1000 miles
in my spit with fresh engine(125 miles when I left) and refreshed O.D.
trans. No big problems.

Hi All,
I just picked up my new 64MK1 spit and noticed that the seller also has
a 62 Herald convertible for sale for $200. Car is rough (floor pans and
front fenderwells about gone), but restorable. Motor (1147cc) ran when
driven in but is partially dismantled - all parts are present. Car is in
OK. Now you're scaring me.

Hi Peter,
First thing I'd check is that your fan belt is in good condition and is at
the proper tension. I had a low battery condition combined with a warmer
than usual engine temp, and it turned out my belt was loose. Next, I'd
consider a radiator flush and fill. I had one done at Jiffy-Lube.
I put new lap/shoulder belts in my '75. Then securely bolted 'em down to the
rusted paper thin floorboards covered with two layers of fiberglas and epoxy.
A header would probably result in my corpse flinging through the air attached
to a goodly amount of floor pan and seat-sorta like an ejection
Jeff,
Right now, I'm installing the seatbelts from Victoria British on my '76. I
can tell you that the inertia unit and the shoulder belt guide can be
mounted to the same places as the originals, however the anchor for the
buckle will have to be drilled further back. If you look at the picture
