This is purely a matter of my opinion, but I wouldn't use the Engine
Flush unless there was some specific problem that you needed to
address (and off-hand I can't think of any - even if someone put
gasoline in my crankcase, I think I'd just do two or three quick
oil changes).  When you say you've been using the wrong oil, was
it just the wrong weight (e.g. 10W-30 instead of 20W-50)?  That's
nothing to be concerned about.  Just drain it and refill with the
proper weight.

IMHO, any quality brand modern motor oil should have sufficient
detergents in it that engine flush would be redundant at best.
