Hi,
Yes, this is one of the very few receivers that catch E25 clearly. The
signal strenght on 6140 is always stronger that S9+40. Shame that that
receiver doesn't have 9450...

Not really, VOACAP coverage map shows that 6140 barely reaches Greece.
However, it is always strong (S9+40 average) in Israel and Eastern
Mediterranean. It doesn't reach Turkey.
About 9450, it gets a lot further

Yes, pirates playing with text-to-speech programs is the most logic
explanation for now. We will see if the station broadcasts more stuff in

A priyom guest recorded another similar transmission on 6880 USB at 1822z.
In this one, the music (or the digital transmission) sounds more like gongs
