It appears there have only been a couple radio amateurs active from
Egypt in the last couple weeks, the last one being spotted on Jan. 23.
I don't know if they were able to relay any info on current events or
not.

I am curious if anyone has come across any Ham broadcasts coming out
of Egypt. As you know, they don't have internet, so relaying
