to copy due to an extremely noisy transmitter and a very low audio, along
with bad modulation.

V02a is in progress on 7555 LSB. Try receivers around southeastern US,
although most of the remotes are down or tuned to 14325 because of the
hurricane that is going on there.

Transmitting now (2012-07-01 04:34 UTC) on 5905KHz. I definitely heard an
"AtenciĆ³n" and the current message contains "nueve"s.

Low music underneath V02a on the same carrier on 17515;
