I copied operator chat before and after the transmissions on 9220/8270 kHz, 
31-10, 0830/0840 UTC.

The message was a  null message: 371 371 317 000

I recorded both frequencies from 0820 till the carrier was switched off at ca 
0849 UTC.

Here is the transcript, with thanks to several Russian speaking radio friends.

English only. Oblique means slash /
