Any idea from where this was being broadcast?
Was it saying an English M like em, or were they saying a phonetic Mike?
Did you hear the broadcast start and end? or was it just

Beacon M comes from Magadan. It is a Russian Naval marker. Freq is 13528.4 kHz

FYI: This band is populated with Part 15 and unlicensed beacons. That could be
what you heard.

We HiFER operators, so as not to be confused with EHFB (Experimental High
Frequency Beacons) or other Pirate operations, operate a very tight ship in
the HiFER Band, which this frequency is NOT in, 13.553-13.567
