Hi Kurt,
They tested this system extensively in April 2012 and after that it was
seldom heard until the situation in Ukraine escalated. So I guess that the
user might be a special force unit or the GRU. Something like that

The Pseudo-polytone station reported on 10250kHz and referred to as XPxx
now has the ident DP01 [Digital Pseudo-polytone 01]
That would suggest it's been around a while. I don't recall this one, how
long has it been around and how often has it been heard?
