Sorry that I was out of city for a while, and I believe Allan's sharing is
mostly resemble to our current situation. Please pardon my English and in case
I didn't get it, do you (Allan) mean there is no sprinkler (and not even the

I am running into situations more and more where I am given PDF files
instead of paper copies of plans. Some of the CD's I am getting have
50 to 60 drawings on them. I have to open each one, figure out what
it is and plot it if necessary. Then if I need to refer to something
else, I have to

PDFs to see what they are, I will rename the file (often, these files are
just named A1, A2, etc..) to a more descriptive term so I can easily
reference it.

Plus, check out Bluebeam CAD (www.bluebeam.com). I haven't figured out half
of what it does but I like it.
It might do the PDF-DWG thing but I use it's stapler and combine the
drawings into sets as well and they have a preview window.
I use it in office and AutoCAD.
