Could be that is what happened.  If NFPA goes back and puts all the RoP's and RoC's on line I will research this further.  Or it can wait until the next time I am in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and can spend a few hours at the NFPA library.  I am not confident that I will find the answer.

We see this often and we address each issue individually and specifically. We make sure that we do it in writing to whoever we are contracted to so that it flows through the proper channels. I will make this caution however. Read your specifications carefully. I have had instances like this
