I have a smoke shop retail store where the fire inspector flagged them to apply
for a hazardous material fire permit for the sales/storage of 2,730 11 ounce
cans of level 2 aerosols (Spray Paint). I looked in NFPA-30B (It addresses only
rack, palletized or solid piled storage) of high roof facilities. I also looked
at NFPA-13 and only found Level 1 aerosol classifications (III). I have a
retail store with a ceiling height of 10' with a display about 7 feet high with
about 6 rows of aerosols. Could I classify it as a regular Ordinary Hazard
Group 2? (Retail) or Can anyone direct me to the correct code section?
