This is not specifically addressed in NFPA 13 and is subject to debate. IMO
it is solid piled , miscellaneous storage up to 10' of up to Class IV
commodities. If you are protecting for the mattress then maybe you go
further down Table 13.2.1 and get to EH2. If you are going for that then
maybe
Make sure they have restrictions on things like rubber tires, flammable
liquids, etc.
