Have you seen any seminars on the Nitrogen Generators?3-4 manufacturesIt could be MIC, but probably more corrosion related.Nitrogen can slow corrosion but can not fix existing problems. At a   SFPE lunch talk about this. Probably you can Identify areasthat have leaked, (trapped oxygen & H2O)
