I wonder what is the current contributor bounce rate / retention
of Spyder project. Can we measure it? I expected a bigger rise
in contributions / contributors after the move to GitHub, and with
so many scientific minds behind the project it looks like it
should be no a fun task of root cause

Since today, we officially stopped to support PySide in the Spyder
master branch (i.e. in the future Spyder 3.0, Spyder 2.3 still works

Thanks for the suggestion, does sphinx come with an extension to parse
google type docstrings?, if that is the case then this should be
straightforward to add,
