Hi all

I'm a newbie (so please go easy :).

Environment: Windows 7, Conda 4.4.9, Python 3.6.2, and Spyder 3.2.6. I
regularly use Jupyter notebook outside of Anaconda.

Today, I installed spyder notebook but when I run it, it starts a Windows
process called "Server Error" and Spyder won't open. However, if I kill
this process, Spyder immediately opens and Spyder Notebook seems to work
fine (sometimes Spyder struggles to find a kernel for the notebook for some
reason but it's mostly OK).

Is there any way to prevent this Server Error process please? And is it
perhaps connected to the kernel struggles?

Many thanks for a great app

Max
