Thank you Carlos. I did go through these steps. I noted its said " *Note*:
This usually takes a couple of days to work until conda packages are
created and uploaded by Anaconda. Please be patient. "
I did just retry Spyder and it crashed. After performing these steps I
noted Spyder is gone from
