I was wondering if there were plans for adding a simple toggle for building the LSM virtual table? For example, to build json1, one can:
export CFLAGS="... -DSQLITE_ENABLE_JSON1 ..." Be handy to have a SQLITE_ENABLE_LSM1 as well.
