[sqlite] APTCA Check failed

Hi all,

The Windows App Certification Kit reports an error for the 
System.Data.SQLite.dll:

System.Data.SQLite.dll failed the APTCA Check

how is it possible to pass the APTCA Check test? Our Application is using .NET 
Framework 2.0 and .NET Framework 3.5
