1. sqlite3_compile
2. maybe with the new sqlite3_compile routine there should also be a
way to retrieve the rowid of the current row (NULL is no valid rowid
is found), a possible API could be sqlite3_rowid to call after each
sqlite3_step only if it returns an SQLIT
