This is a general error when (user's) Oracle environment is not properly
being set. I'll make a minor patch to warn an user about it (avoiding this
kind of crashes).

I am using SQLMAP recent build
sqlmap version: 1.0-dev
Python version: 2.7.5
--dbms=Oracle and --dbs works fine. It retrieves all schemas/ databases
from Oracle. But, -D, -T, -C and related database data retrieval commands
are not producing results.
