partition, copied some files across to it, and it was able to find
them.
But, I can't make a partition larger than 32gb so this isn't a great
solution. I also tried exFAT but that had the same issue as NTFS.

It looks like most paths that contain non-latin characters are missing.
This is missed both by the scan, and when trying to browse via 'Music
Folder'.
