I know nothing about Macs or iTunes - but is permissions an issue?

Thanks for replying, and Yes I did expand it in the list but the Folder
lines up next to Browse will no accept anything more than "Volume".
Even if I manually cut and paste the drive name into those lines, when I
click "APPLY" at the bottom of that page, everything except the phrase
"/Volumes"
Silly question: have you already tried to expand the Volume section by
hitting the "+" sign on its left side?
