My Internet connection was down this morning, and LMS 7.9 would not
start. The logs seemed to indicate that something related to Internet
Radio could not phone-home, and was effectively hanging the startup
process.
Is anyone aware of any badly-behaving plugins that would do this? Does

within that, all went well
