I'm trying to write some code to auto-discover and configure my client
software (Squeezelite-X) for connecting to LMS. I can discover servers
on my network and that protocol provides the server name and Json(Http)
port ID. Can I use Json to ask the server what its CLI port number is
configured
after some time i come back to this feature and It seems to me it does
not works with wav and cue files, is that by design? (I saw in the log
it try to play download.flc file)
BMF probably wouldn't work. But browsing by artists etc. IMHO should
work as always. That said: I don't use cue sheets

The telnet interface allows me to subscribe/listen to server events,
like new song events, player name changes, player status changes
asynchronously. It was the easiest solution. I

I have three copies of my music. Two on hard drives and one on a 256GB
thumb drive. I was using one of the hard drives. I switched to the thumb
drive and I no longer have duplicates. Both the thumb drive and the SATA
drive have the same number of files on them. I have no idea why this
solved the

Hi I have same problem. I was trying everything- nothing works. Where is
the problem. I had setup
Yup, clear the entire library each time. If I clear the cache won't that

Thanks,

After taking the Playlists folder out, did you do a "Clear library"
rescan?
You might try stopping the LMS service and emptying its cache. Cache
folder location is at bottom of Settings > Information page.

I just installed pCP 6.0 on a RPI 4. I took a hard drive that I had a
copy of all my music on and am using that with it. The only files on the
drive are the music folder/files. After scanning LMS shows about 25%
more songs than it should. I found some issues with playlists and fixed
them.
