This worked for years (on 7.x) until about 4 months ago and it stopped
working. Now when I play a 24-352 file it appears to play, with the the
time marker progressing through the track as though it is playing but
nothing is sent to my DAC.
Again, this was working perfectly until four months ago

it seems as if another error was made with the firmware update. I
noticed that the setting was reset under settings-> generale.

I gave up running LMS on my QNAP NAS some years ago, and now run LMS on
a Raspberry Pi, with the music files on the QNAP. A very solid solution,
and easy to set up with piCorePlayer as the Pi's OS. I leave the Pi
running 24/7.

If you use Material skin, you can add an entry to the context menu shown
when you right-click (or long press for mobile) on the cover in

Hi there,
I have a question about LMS 8.0.0. Every time I'm starting LMS, there is
a scan of the library (see the picture). It takes some time (Ok it's
only 2:49 mn :)) and I would like avoid this scan at start. Is it
possible ? I have looked a lot of options but I didn't find the way to
do it.
