Okay, I removed the albums from the directory and did a rescan. The
album is still listed with the newer tag but there are no tracks listed
if I click on it in iPeng. I see similar if go through the web playback
interface as well. If I add the album back to the directory and do a
rescan, then I
Thanks for the suggestions. Had some weird behavior where my library (on
F: drive) was replaced with my C:~My Music type folder which has
nothing, and it took me a couple of tries to get it to succesfully scan
and load from F:drive which I'm in the middle of doing now.

open in new tab you get a full screen version showing the albums for
A,B,C and so on but wondered is it possible to edit the address link to
show all so you can just scroll through all your albums without the

Apologies.
VB2.4[/B]
Delete all items with .db file extensions
Don't delete persist.db! In particular not if you use any of the
trackstat plugins!
That file shouldn't be in the cache, as it's more than a cache. I
consider moving it elsewhere in 8.2.

I recently updated the album title tag for a bunch of my albums, and I'm
finding duplicate listings in LMS for the albums showing the old and the
new title. I've run "Clear library and rescan everything" several times
and it doesn't resolve the issue and get rid of the listing for the old
album
I noticed two things:
1) From systemctl status squeezeboxserver.service I get this message
regarding IO::Socket::SSL . I found this thread abount IO::Socket::SSL
to update it to the newest version. Error is still there after update.

you're right, i've stated wrong, above, that there isn't an entry. As i
have searched in the song field.
Learned now, that there is also an album button to list the albums
There is it:
Believer
By the way, the songs of this already deleted album were there in the
search,
Stoped LMS, updated IO::Socket::SSL (IO::Socket::SSL is up to date
(2.070)) and still get the error on LMS startup
Could you please provide a little more context? server.log?

Hi,
this is still weird
updated to 8.1.1 to get FLAC working.
noticed this error:
Starting Squeezebox Server: You're using a rather old version of
IO::Socket::SSL (v1.94) - please try to update to at least 2.020 for
improved compatibility.
Stoped LMS, updated IO::Socket::SSL (IO::Socket::SSL
Done!
That album indeed is an odd case. There's no track for it in the
database. But it has the MIP mixable flag. Which leads me to assume it
does exist in MIP, but not on your disk.
What MIP import options are you using?

perhaps shifting log level and do a full scan? But this would take ages
with 80.000 tracks and debug on.
Interesting to find, i have the following:

and a sql query of:
select * from albums where title like 'Believer'
found nothing
Where is this entry comming from?
can i make/provide a sql query in library.db, which might help to find
the culprit?
That won't help, because you want to know why they are in there at all.
A wipe & rescan would remove all entries from the table. It's during the
scan that the database is populated.
But sure, you can run a
