It was not my issue.
I had a local certificat problem.
Problem fixed with :
-dpkg-reconfigure
I did retry today after reinstall everything.
I still have an error on all https connections.
i did install libio-socket-ssl-perl, update and upgrade everything.
SSL version : IO::Socket::SSL : 2.060
What could be the problem ??

This is rather sudden. Wanting to connect to my premium Spotify
