It turns out that I had "Hide Protected Operating System Files" checked.
Could of sworn I had that unchecked ages ago. I must have only checked
Show Hidden Files and Folders.

That did it! There were four hidden jpg files in Pink Floyd The Final
Cut directory. Even with Windows set to hidden,

(maybe as admin to be sure to have full access) and enter

Of course replace d:\music with the path to your music folder.

"Logging for artwork" does not exist.
There is Artwork Display & Matching and Artwork Resize Proxy. Choices
for each are: Off, Fatal, Warn, Info, Debug.

afaik lms also gets hidden files like the usual .folder.jpg or
folder.jpg
Enable logging for artwork, then check the scanner.log. Or make sure you
disable scanning for images in the path settings.

directory...just flac files, no short cuts. I did a search plus a
(manual) directory to directory search to confirm.
