The filter icon in the right side of the url column header appears when
you hover your mouse pointer over the url column header.

Glad it worked for you! Other than your music being Classical vs my Rock
I don't see a difference other than me leaving my mouse hovered to show
the Filter icon on the right side of the url column. I did cut off my
screen snip at the Blob column.

Here's where to go. Click the Data tab and SQLite will show the rows in
the Tracks table then you should see the url column. Screen shot
attached.

You could use SQLite Expert Personal (it's free) to search the Tracks
table in the Library database. In the "url" column you can filter by
hovering over the column title and clicking the filter icon on the right
side and pick "Custom" from the drop down which will bring up a dialog
where you can
