I get what the OP was stating, I have my setup working the same as my
server (LMS) is in my garage. I run 6 Touch and 1 Classic that's on the
patio. I also have a Pioneer N50 that can use the LMS. Inside of my home
most of the touch's are wireless, the family room is the only one that
is hard

When duet is setup - controller will initially talk direcct to receiver
via wireless but once setup
* controller will talk via wireless through router to receiver
* controller will talk via wireless through router to LMS
* receiver will only talk through router via
