As stated in the OP it doesn't show up when I go in via LMS WebUI "Music
Folder" option either. It does show up in Windows Explorer

Try adding --charset=utf8 to your startup parameters to avoid problems
like this. I guess a rescan will be required, too, after changing to

hex editor). To me it appears there's something invalid in the file name
that some programs can handle and some programs can't. So I believe the
