Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] two instance of the same player
@Michael Herger I tried Client Cleanup but the player, a Squeezelite player, that was installed on a subsequently formatted Win 7 PC won't turn off so I can delete it. Any suggestions.? Strangly enough, why are you both getting a error on avahi. Would suggested reboot you're QNap, do the config check and look on the network check. avahi is importsnt to make LMS work correctly. If so do the upgraded to 2.10.01, and check again with config, if avahi is running in QTS and the chroot. Regarding user one can uses old way, in the directory .qpkg/LogitechMediaServer do touch .ADMIN Now do ./QLogitechMediaServer.sh restart, and have a look on the output. Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] BBC feeds on TuneIn
Steve, as the BBC seems to be rather bone headed in this matter (you can listen via a vpn) I would suggest a local LMS is the solution. You can install LMS on your com puter and add the BBC iPlayer plugin, or, buy a raspberry pi and install LMS on that. Maybe wait a week or so, to see if there is any movement on this issue from the BBC, keep monitoring the blogs. atb ronnie Man in a van's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43627 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111061 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] BBC feeds on TuneIn
Hi Guys Been away for a while! When I fired up my Logitech radio, I noticed that TuneIn no longer provides radio feeds for the BBC radio channels. ' I found an article on the interweb' (https://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/aboutthebbc/entries/37e4e3f6-fbd2-4c14-8d72-7f7139641582) that confirmed that it stopped doing this back on August 30th. Simple question then: is there a simple way for me to get the streams back using maybe another app/method? As always, thanks in advance for your help.
