Somehow this were related to another player, I had a BOOM in another room that were in a disconnect state. After rebooting that player (long press on the power button) both players are now as good as ever. Very odd... no clue what could have caused this. NAS: QNAP TS-459U+ QTS 4.2.6 (4x 2TB,

Still bummed, with Synology you can't apply Java updates or even version LMS 7 will stop working. Even if I move it to a Pi, my new Asus router with WiFi 6 can't connect wirelessly to my Squeezebox players. It's like a conspiracy to oust Squeezebox.
