I really think this problem is not related to the LMS version, as
unix_timestamp afaict has never been part of LMS. The plugin would have
to implement and register it. If it failed, then you should see some
message about that failure in your log file, too. Please provide your
full server.log
Hi
Thank you for advice on the BBC iPlayer. I am nervous about both pieces
of advice however as I'm not any sort of hacker - at least not with this
environment. I wouldn't know how to access the CLI nor am I particularly
happy about trying. Which is the most low tech way of getting it going

Yes, check 'here'

another database
Nevertheless, having a backup is always a good idea

I am contemplating shutting down LMS and deleting this file as I believe
I've read elsewhere that it gets recreated. Would I also need to

I don't think TrackStat is using cache.db, but persist.db. cache.db
really shouldn't
You can disable the update check in Settings/Advanced/Software Updates.

I have multiple player (SBT, radios, duets and pCPs) all synchronised.
Some pCPs are capable of high resolution flacs, some not.
When I played say 24/96, LMS down sampled to the capability of the
lowest client, this was fine as for casual listening we could play any
resolution flac over the
My server reboots itself weekly using a script that deletes this file.
Easy way to force a full library rebuild. I've never noticed any ill
effect. Note that I don't use Trackstat.

The problem at the moment is everything is changing faster than the
documentation, both in Debian itself and LMS. From the changelogs I
found that Michael had included 64 bit binaries in the latest nightlies
of 7.8.1 so I used those and everything just worked.
I installed just the base version
I run LMS 7.7.5 on Windows 10 machine.
Recently I noticed I could only play music when the server is running is
safe mode.
When running normally, I cant scan or play music - although I can play
radio stations.
I am not sure what the problem is - any assistance would be
appreciated.
Tks
