Odd that it's happening on both SB3, Duet and Transporter if I force
transcode, but if I force MP3 transcoding to my iPhone using iPeng to
playback, it works fine. If I play a 16-bit file, everything is OK.

Posting this in the main LMS thread as not sure if it is to do with
Raspberry, pCP, or SPOTTY!
Changed from ReadyNAS with LMS 7.9.1 to a Raspberry pi3 with pCP and LMS
7.9.1 so that I can enjoy SPOTTY, and it is great! Have now learned how
to change file paths in my saved playlists so that
I finally got a couple free hours and rebuilt everything and got it
going again.
I also found and got rid of the remnants of old installs, some going
back years, which were part of the issue. Old code, old symlinks in the
perl tree, and multiple service files tracking the name changes and

If the plugin is indeed disabled, then your Cambridge isn't connecting
to LMS, plain and simple.
I think you need to describe your problem a little better. Where is
Twonky
Under -Settings---Advanced---Remote Music Library- disable
"uPnp/DLNA-Client".
