[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Missing flac to pcm on a remote URL in convert.conf
There does not seem to have a rule to convert a flac stream to pcm in convert.conf and conversion log confirms that it fails when attempted. I'm asking the question w/o a lot of thinking behind, but is there a specific reason why it is not possible? It's for the few case of UPnP players that do not support flac LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2. By moving the squeezebox did you also move the power supply ? Or do you have more than one PSU to try with ? The splash screen shoul come when the player boots properly , regardless of network conectivity ? Did you unplug and replug the powersupply while the player is in its normal location or di you just try the power button on the remote ? Does a long press onnthe left arrow take You to the setup menu ? Can you toggle trough the screensavers ?
