Check your file dates, specifically the 'modification' or 'last updated' date and time. If they're not later than everything else in the library, then those albums won't bubble to the top of the New Music list. This can sometimes be a problem with music files that you get through means other than

Yes i know already pointed it out to them. Asked why they set it on /opt, as they could do the same as i do symlink it to /usr/local and /usr/bin. But they don't understand why, but i think /opt is for a optware solution not any thing else. Also many other apps, symlink to the /opt directory,

We found the problem, the old optware is messing up youe system. I would suggest to remove it from the appstore, and install a proper Optware solution. The thing i learned from this is, not to let the script not use any other program then those supplied by Qnap. I know how to fix this, when

Just for testing could you do ./LogitechMediaServer.sh stop. Then from LogitechMediaServer directory do chown -R squeezeboxserver SlimServer/, and chmod -R 0755 SlimServer/ After this try ./LogitechMediaServer.sh start If it give the error again, please send me the LogitechMediaServer.log.err

I have recently noticed that my server.log file only goes back a couple of days and it is really small. I am sure this is new behaviour. The contents of my log folder on a Raspberry Pi looks like this 24437 Are the *.gz files significant and why do they only start on the 20th January?
