If I use my username and password, there are no special characters. I get the authentication exception using my username or email as user. I have multiple versions of C++ Runtime in my Windows apps: 2008, 2010, 2013, 2015. Thanks again, Jerry

I have a Vortex Box. Ripped CD's are viewable on the LMS, but songs don't play. I get a message that LMS does not find my player despite the fact that it sees all the albums that I have ripped. What do I need to do to fix this?
