Linux/Debian where the QTS of QNap is made from, has a straight forward
User/owner setup.
QLogitechMediaServer runs in a chrooted debian file-system, and QTS is
also debian.

Stop LMS, go to Programs, select LMS "run as Admin".
LMS Control Panel:
- diagnostics- any conflicts? all ports, pings, IP's show OK?
- advanced- cleanup, clean cache folder, run
- status- clear library & rescan everything
