For a couple of weeks, maybe more, LMS crashes silently and randomly
(but at the rate of roughly once an hour).
Are you using the Music & Artist Information plugin to show artist
artwork? Does the crash still happen with the latest build you've installed?

[20-01-31 16:18:16.0129] Plugins::Spotty::API::Token::_killTokenHelper
(164) Timed out waiting for a token
Is LMS/Spotty allowed to reach the internet? This sounds as if something
was blocking outgoing traffic preventing the spotty helper to talk to
Spotify's servers.

I recently had to reinstall LMS, which rebuilt my music database from
scratch, and I'm having split artists that didn't exist before.
You didn't install LMS 8 with the music service integration, did you?

Hello there,
For a couple of weeks, maybe more, LMS crashes silently and randomly
(but at the rate of roughly once an hour).
The logs aren't very helpful, but you might see soething more. Here they
are, before the crash and after I restarted the server:

I am new to this forum and did see a thread about a similar issue but
not the answer to it - hence reposting my problem. Spotty no longer
works with my LMS. When I select Spotty in LMS or select squeezebox in
Spotify the connection does no longer work and I get the error log as
below? How can I

Uninstall any perl modules you installed manually
Use 'cruft-ng' (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/cruft-ng) to check your
system
If there are any files related to perl modules required by LMS left,
check 'to which package they belong to'
