I think the problem was configuration issues or user error.
I cleared the MIP cache and re analysed, writing to tags.
Then cleared LMS DB and re scanned.
I now have full 10k files from MiP identified by scanner...

interestingly, although my scans now complete, only 1k tracks imported
from MusicIP.
MiP reporting 11k mixable. How can I track down the missing tracks?

Hi Michael,
Thanks for chipping in.
I could only find the MusicIP mix log so set that and all scanner logs
to debug.
