OK, let's see if I can sum up what were the problems I had, which I
hadn't and which were solved.
1) Problem playing large wav or flac files. This was my greatest
concern, because I could open the file and see the tracks inside with
LMS, but couldn't play them. Problem solved.
2) Problem
To all of you, thank you for trying to help, and please excuse my
impatience or plain ignorance, or my impatience due to plain ignorance.
The task of this project was to have a very good audio managing system,
that I could control in my listening room with plain remote controls (no
cell phones
In spite of my confusion and efforts to understand the logic of how
these things work, I must say I am very pleased that most of the
problems I had have been solved.
So here goes a big thanks for what you already helped me achieve.
Perhaps I may get or not to use the cue file as I was used

They are not.
That's an automatic assignment that LMS did, which I didn't find
important to correct. Should I?
My video folders are on other HDDs, and I do not have a picture folder.

This made me lose all my albums again!
I had to rescan things again, as shown on the file with the red arrow to
get my albums
OK, some improvements. What caused them is for you to explain, if
possible.
Now LMS opens the wav file in tracks, and everyone plays fine.
The cue file is not shown, but it seems as if the album photo is acting
as the cue. Is it?

The cue command refuses to work. Says: empty.
The other thing that changed is that the
AFAIK only English language countries use dot and comma different from
the rest of European countries.
Comma (,) for decimals.

I would never use the Rasberry as a server.
My server for now is my PC, but I will assemble another one, that I
already have the parts of, with an Asus mobo and Intel CPU, with proper
power supply for the 3.5" SATA HDDs. Server program will be Linux.

OK, a PC reboot got things back on line.
Just a question which might be important. To save the cue using Notepad,
should I save it encoding as ANSI or what? That might be important.

As I was away for a few hours, just now can I try the promising things
you suggest.
The first I did was using the cue file JohnB rewrote, making a new cue
file, that I put on the original album menu, moving the original cue to
a folder. Then rescannned.
But now I do not know why I can't
The problem is how LMS works with cue files.
What explanation then for the test I was proposed, where I download a
cue file and a wav file.
The cue file opens the wav file perfectly in VLC, but it doesn't open it
in LMS.
What other proof do you need that something in LMS is not negotiating

I just tried accessing the album through Artist. No play.
If I'm not wrong, accessing from Artists or Albums you use
Here's the other access I can use to the album, where the cue file
shows.

Albums with separate wav files for themes, instead of one unique wav
file for all, will work if you click on the themes. Never on the cue

Clicking on any of the red arrowed points will work.

How can I do to play my music files that need a cue file to run?
When I press on the cue file I get an "Empty" result.
Several of my wav files have been ripped as one large wav file, with all
the separate themes inside, which only the cue can separate and play.

results I could get from the PCP tests I've done so far.

It seems PCP doesn't read or can use cue files, from CDs you ripped on
one large file, with a cue.
Why won't it read the large file anyway, in flac or wav? Any audio
program does.

I assume it has to be stored in some temp file, or will it disappear
when I turn my PC off or reboot Firefox.
