This is a Qnap and I have never touched the filesystem parameters. What are ball park recommendations for /tmp space and / to run LMS? If this is the problem I assume I will have to do a system rebuild to get more space from the RAID 1 volume /share mount (2-Disk system). earthbased's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=334 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=105687 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] library.db Corrupt Auto-rebuild
For the moment I wouldn't worry to much about the cause of the corruption. It happens. Just shut down LMS, delete the file, restart. Should this kind of problem occur more often, then it's probably time to investigate the root cause. BTW: some of your partitions are rather small (in particular /tmp). Where is your library.db stored? If /opt is indeed part of /, then there's only 14MB left. Not enough for LMS. -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Does this: 47250: [16-05-30 11:19:17.1490] Slim::Schema::init (162) Warning: Creating new database - empty, outdated or invalid database found indicate a new db was created? No, it only indicates that there is no music data in the database. When a new db is created, then of course you would get it. But also if you deleted its content manually, if the scanner crashed before it actually stored any data, if your music folder was empty etc. I must silence that warning... it's confusing too many people. Also, the last time LMS crashed was months ago but could that have lead to 5/30 corruption? Thanks!
