Yeah it took me a while to get back with some reports, but I wanted to
test everything again and again thoroughly before I write any
statements.
It seems that it is not a network issue at all. I have tested all

My gut feel is that it is network associated. Since problems shows up on
two different LMS ( Pi3 has loads of CPU to do transcoding - Flac
encodin
Tried on a x86 machine ? Running a desktop OS ? Both you test cases are
quite special . Test on a laptop or desktop computer .

I am having issues with reliable playback of AAC streams.
Take for instance Radio Paradise's 128kbps AAC stream:

When playing on SB Radio (single) or two Radios in sync, everything is
always fine, since they handle AAC natively.
However, when playin
