Is it possible that you can make a complete guide for installing the
plugin?
Im totally newbee and would like to have installed the plugin: "Remove
played songs"
I'm running the piCorePlayer and LMS on a raspberry pi 400.

I don't run LMS on pCP but take a look at the -LMS Settings >
information- page. You might find a path for plugins there that won't be
deleted/overwritten when you reboot pCP.
If that doesn't work you could use the same solution that I used for my
modified (jivelite) applet:

DSM7 does not run logitech media server anymore, so I installed picore
with lms on a raspberry3.
I love Erlands plug-ins, but you can only install them manually.
